FAQ

We hope the frequently asked questions below cover most of your queries. If not, please contact us .

Why will Virtual Tours help promote my business?
People browsing the web are looking for instant information. If they can be "virtually" in your premises and like what they see-they will be more inclined to buy. For example, wouldn’t you feel more confident to book a restaurant or hotel if you could have a good look around first?

Aren’t Virtual Tours just a passing fad?
Judging by the huge expansion of this service, this is a fad that will not only stay but develop dramatically. If you haven’t got one, customers may wonder what you’re trying to hide!

How can someone viewing my site see my Virtual Tour?
You simply insert a link that we provide on your page. Your customers click on the link and see the Tour.

How do I navigage a Virtual Tour?
Click on "Help with Navigation?" when viewing any tour.

I can't view any Virtual Tours (PC User)
For the best results, we recommend you upgrade your browser to at least Internet Explorer 4.01, Netscape 4.05 (or more recent versions) on Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP or NT4. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft

I can't view any Virtual Tours (Mac User)
For the best results, we recommend you upgrade your browser to at least Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5 on MAC OS 8.5-9. You can download the latest version of Netscape from Netscape.

I still can't view any Virtual Tours!
Please ensure that your browser's java functionality is turned on and working properly:  If you are using Windows 95, 98, or NT, XP, open Internet Explorer and click on Tools -Internet Options - Advanced. Scroll down the list to "Microsoft VM" area and click on the Check box for the "Java console enabled". This may require computer restart to take effect.  You can download Java from Sun Micro Systems.

When I clicked on a Virtual Tour, the page said "Document Done," but I can't see the image.
Internet screens are sent in "packets" that are transmitted and arrive separately. Since Full 360-degree images may be larger than other screen content, it often takes 20-40 seconds to download an entire image, depending on the modem speed and Internet traffic at that time. Please allow enough time to download the whole image and let it decompress before trying to navigate within it.

I clicked on a thumbnail of a Virtual Tour but nothing happened.
Some browsers and operating systems require you to double-click instead of single-click. Try double-clicking on the image and see if this makes it work.

On my Macintosh, when I first downloaded a Virtual Tour, the screen went blank and my system seemed to lock.
You probably don't have enough memory allocated to the application. This is particularly true in the case of Macintosh computers using the Netscape browser. Simply raise the memory allocation for Netscape to at least 9MB (or more) and you should be able to view Full 360-degree images.
